You have already been warned about submitting artwork which you did not create (ie. ripping) by Marissa. You have violated the policy again by submitting such gallery item(s).
This is your second warning.
One more warning and you will be banned permanently from MiniTokyo.
PS - submitting another member's wallpaper as a scan is still a wall. We have warned you.

Unfair you think? SCANS with proper credits to the scanner are allowed in MT. Scans without credits are not and you are encouraged to REPORT those that are like that.
What you've done is not submit scans, but submit other people's WALLPAPERS as wallpapers or scans. They are not scans and the bg of them were made by someone else. Scans refer to images/scans from artbooks or posters and such. Submitting artwork which is not yours (with exception to scans) is ripping and you were doing just that.
You are not allowed to submit wallpapers you did not make, continue to do so and you will be banned.
